Welcome to Mazoon platform. This agreement ("Terms") governs your use of the platform and all services provided through it.

👤 2. Eligibility

To use the Mazoon platform, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of Oman or have a connection to it
• Have the legal capacity to contract
• Not have been previously banned from the platform

🔐 3. Account & Registration

a) Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate, correct, and current information
• Use a valid email address and active phone number
• Only one account per person is allowed

b) Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

c) Account Suspension or Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Providing false information
• Fraudulent or illegal behavior
• Extended inactivity

a) Your Content Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• Content must be legal and not infringe on others' rights
• You grant us a license to display and publish your content on the platform

b) Listing Rules:

• Descriptions must be accurate and honest
• Images must reflect the actual product/service
• Prices must be realistic and in Omani Rials
• Duplicate listings are prohibited

c) Review and Approval:

All listings are subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any listing without stating reasons
• Modify or delete violating listings
• Suspend accounts of repeat offenders

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities & Products

It is strictly prohibited to advertise or deal in:

• 🚫 Weapons and ammunition
• 🚫 Drugs and prohibited substances
• 🚫 Counterfeit or stolen products
• 🚫 Pornographic or immoral content
• 🚫 Illegal services
• 🚫 Gambling and betting
• 🚫 Unlicensed medical products
• 🚫 Counterfeit currency or forged documents
• 🚫 Protected or endangered animals
• 🚫 Any product that violates Omani laws

a) Our Ownership:

All intellectual property rights to the platform (logo, design, code, content) are owned by Mazoon platform.

b) Your Content:

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it on the platform.

c) Reporting Violations:

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact us via email.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of posted listings
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from transactions
• We do not guarantee continuous service availability
• You are responsible for verifying products and sellers
• We recommend conducting transactions in public and safe places

🔒 9. Termination & Suspension

a) Your Right to Terminate:

You can terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

b) Our Right to Terminate:

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account in case of:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Platform abuse
• Repeated user complaints

🤝 10. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman
• Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably
• If amicable resolution fails, Omani courts shall have jurisdiction

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Notice on the platform
• Email
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the platform after modifications means you accept them.
